We share our CDN nodes with a large number of ISP's who don't have their own CDN nodes. So the number you see doesn't actually reflect the true Vocus brands results, but a larger portion of the NZ ISPs (many who are RBI or Community Wireless).
Implying there aren't community wireless providers who sit behind sparks CDN nodes?...
Well, Vocus sends CDN traffic to downstream ISP's over "domestic" links, where as Spark only sends it over "International" or blended services, so downstream ISP's tend to try and get CDN from Vocus not Spark as Vocus plays more fair. Downstream ISP's only have a Spark domestic link because they care enough about their customers performance that they would prefer to pay rather than have traffic trombone internationally. Its a novel thing, but some do care about even small customer performance issues.
