There's no point in discussing offering from Provider A or Provider B - use the Broadband forum for this kind of comparison.

As for having "Xtra lovers" - well the first post was a statement that Xtra was slowing the connection on purpose. It was later established that it was actually a hardware fault on the customer side. So I think it's only fair people ask for clarification or make a point that it wasn't in any way Telecom/Xtra trying to slow down anyone.

Locked as it has served its purpose - which is to find a problem and help fix it - which was done.
