After a clear and refresh using Firefox portable - not wanting to make assumptions but that cookie name does begin F5 so may indeed be from an upstream F5 box ?

Is that an ipv6 lookup fail?

You're not on Atlantis anymore, Duncan Idaho.

Issue now resolved thanks to @Zeusssy

Our IP was being blocked by an upstream device, block removed and all running again.

EDIT: I brought the issue here knowing that, more than likely, the people I needed to talk to would be hanging around here somewhere.

Tried about five times in the last hour and its working fine I guess the spark modem randomly doesn't won't to play nice with private relay, and there's no problem with private relay when on mobile data and every other device in the house that doesn't have private relay on has no problem
