Incredible that this is still ongoing. I actually left Spark some months ago over dreadful download speeds from Apple's CDN. How is there no monitoring in-place?

Hi everyone. The issue is intermittent, and is still with the technical teams for resolution. This is being actively worked on.

At this stage I do not have an expected timeframe that this will be resolved in, but rest assured this has not been forgotten.

Quick update, the teams applied a change to one of our servers this morning and it appears to be successful. We are just monitoring the situation before rolling the change to the remaining servers.

@cbrpilot it seems the problem is back again with spark and apple subscription tap and appleid website been intermittent since about 3 o’clock yesterday tried taking to spark help but couldn’t understand so I thought to try you again, it’s been good for the last three months but seems it’s back

appleid.apple.com and AppStore’s sub tab still aren’t as of 5:05, it did work at 4:50 so still intermittent for me
