Incredible that this is still ongoing. I actually left Spark some months ago over dreadful download speeds from Apple's CDN. How is there no monitoring in-place?
Hi everyone. The issue is intermittent, and is still with the technical teams for resolution. This is being actively worked on.
At this stage I do not have an expected timeframe that this will be resolved in, but rest assured this has not been forgotten.

Quick update, the teams applied a change to one of our servers this morning and it appears to be successful. We are just monitoring the situation before rolling the change to the remaining servers.

Hemi88: Just noticed over the last hour it been intermittent again also appleid website not working eithertried talking to spark but did not understand so I thought to try here again
