Just as an aside, I've noticed a little bit of activity on the NZ NOG mailing list (NZ Network Operators Group) about some odd connectivity issues for web browsing from a telecom account.

I'm also noticing broken images when looking through the iTunes store on the Mac (connected through ihug or attica group) - so perhaps there is a problem with international links at the moment?
