We are committed to giving all our customers a great service, be they Skinny Mobile, Skinny Broadband or now Skinny Direct.
Customers have told us there is a demand for higher data plans and that those customers are typically comfortable to pay with a debit / credit card (many use an auto topup on Skinny Mobile) and to manage their account online. Hence Skinny Direct.
However we also realise there is still a large demand for the more traditional prepaid available with Skinny Mobile.

Cool, thanks very much for that. I can certainly see myself falling in to that new bracket so I do see the plans as a really positive step forward.
I've just hit my Skinny renewal and have another months worth of credit left, but I'll be watching this space!
