Signed up ages ago, still nothing. Guy at spark store Sylvia park said he couldn't do anything and to keep trying until you get a confirmation text

I've recently ported to Spark and tried signing up on Socialiser but without luck. The system cannot find my details, apparently. I know I've only ported within 24 hours so it may take a while before I exist in the system.

How long should it take for a new connection?

Hi heavenlywild

Just checked online, during the signup process is says:

Once your mobile's been up and running on our network for a couple of days, just come back and fill out your details. We'll sort the rest and text you when Socialiser is ready.

Let me know if you have an problems signing up after 48 hours.

I've been toying with jumping from 2dm to Spark, except that to counter this offer, 2DM are throwing free 1GB packs at me over the last couple of months. I'm on the $19 2DM Pack. However, the spotify add-on is still calling at me.

hah, thats weird! i signed up to it and had it added to my account when i was on the $39 plan... i've since upgraded to the next one up but yeah it should be available?

I think my contract phone is on $39 plan and has it.

I couldnt get it to work on my prepaid one when I last tried to get it to work. Let the music pack lapse and then topped up again to try again but errors still
