In Airport Oaks now, no service lost. Full 4G signal. Possibly isolated this time?

Hi guys,

Not sure what the root cause is at this stage, but looks like a brief issue around 4pm today. Our engineers were all over it quick as a flash and got it sorted, but there may be some residual effects due to congestion as people rush to get back on.

Stuck on hold with an ETA of 1 hour - what are the chances that the lines are clogged up with idiots 'informing spark of the outage' as if Spark didn't already know. Going to try the online chat but I was disconnected after almost getting the front of the queue.
