myfullflavour: What a disaster. Guy in store checked ID, checked phone software version and some other things but he could not figure out how to initiate the transfer process to esim within his CRM. He rang another store and they didn’t know how to do it either. Now waiting for a call back tomorrow, apparently Spark don’t have a cell centre available to support the retail staff.
@myfullflavour - which store did you go to? Try the Devonport road store, after an initial bit of confusion managed to get mine swapped over there without much of a hastle. I can’t remember the staff members name but she managed to figure it out pretty quickly
