tardtasticx:
jbard: Getting a flipping 404 error again - this is getting stupid now - its down far more than its up.

Do you think its worth calling and bugging them about it? Might get things moved on a bit faster? We should all do that tomorrow

Hmm not sure, if it's down tomorrow still then i will give them a call, also i did add a fault onto the geekzone ISP fault reporting page so that might help.

I doubt the CSR will be very interested but i guess its worth a shot.

Not working for me either...I'm getting the same thing as you LAC. I wonder how I'm meant to check my usage (the Usage Meter page isn't working either).

I wont be calling today. They said the Telecom network is having problems down there in Christchurch so I'll let them be and spend their time sorting that out.

The page is 404ing again for me, i don't honestly know how telecom can stuff this up as much as they have - it has been down 21 of my billing days this month - i have no idea how much i have used.

I don't see how they can limit me when i can't see my limits.

Also added a fault report to the geekzone page.
