freitasm: To be fair most campaigns are one use only - if you let it lapse, it's gone...

The Spotify is "part of the plan" though, I suspect what happened to the previous poster is that Spotify or Spark haven't removed the "paid by Spark" record yet.  (You'll see it when you go to the billing/payment part of a Spotify account).

cokeman2: sparks offering 500mb  for 12 months for new sign ups of spotify.  https://www.spark.co.nz/getspotify
suppose thats not for exsting accounts when u renew your plan ?
unless you start you plan again ??

T&C says:

12. Bonus 500MB for up to 12 months when you activate Spotify Premium between 10 December 2015 and 8 February 2016 on any Prepaid pack or Pay Monthly plan with Spotify Premium included. Eligible Prepaid pack or Pay Monthly Plan must be renewed each month and Spotify Premium account must remain active to retain the 500MB bonus every month. Excludes Spark Digital and Spark Business customers. Spark terms and conditions apply.

So, it sounds like you can drop the free Spotify for a day, and then sign up again & get the 500MB free.  I can't see anything that implies against that, nor can I see anything that excludes students stacking this promo with the Student 500MB free offer (so potentially 1.5GB for $19, + Spotify & WiFi if you are a student).

How to you drop the free Spotify for a day? I'm keen to get the 500MB free.

i tried that and failed. as my $29 plan expired 2 days ago and i tried to get it by stopping the $29 plan and restarting next day , but spark website keeps records for ages ,that the number had spotify previously  (don't know how long either)

i do feel bit gutted as this promotions for 12 months not just 2 or 3 months as usual promotions go....

as my 14 year old son certainly making me jealous ,he will get the student ( dont know if its for collage students) 500mb and the $19 music pack 500mb  and the spotify 500mb  total of 1.5gb a month for $19

looks like i have to start asking him for phone wifi hot spots :(

might have to ask spark for a hand out for us existing  spotify customers  ,"yeah right" as if that happen :(

Social Bitcoin meetup every 2 weeks in Hamilton PM me for details

Oh that is a pity, I might give it a shot anyway, my Spotify Premium expires around the same time as my pack, so I'll give it a go and report in.

How about get another $29 plan with a new number, activate Spotify, then port your number over and don't renew the old one next month?

Jeez. I feel rather sleazy for even suggesting this lol.
