Received the sign-on message multiple times. Not sure if that is expected or a bug?

Currently the message is set up so that the maximum of messages sent to a customer is "1 per 24 hr period", so if you connect on Friday you will get the message, if you connect on Saturday, 24 hrs later you will get the same message and so on. We may adjust the frequency based on feedback.

Has anyone still not been able to connect to the satellite service? Just traveled over the North Island and had zero service. When VoLTE was launched, all lines on my account weren’t provisioned for it, thinking it might men something similar.

CSR in the shop didn’t really have an idea other than swapping the SIM card….

Is your current plan have the service included and is your device in the supported device list and running the latest software

Are you on iOS 26.4? If you are, go into Settings > About > General when you have internet available and see if you get a Carrier Settings Update prompt.

Last thing to check is Settings > Mobile > Satellite and see if that is enabled or not. If it is, log a fault with Spark.
