All providers go through Telecom so as long as Pacific Fibre is still on paper only one has little to no choice.

In Europe Telecom would have been forced to close shop the way they are operating.


Blame Telecom is getting old.

Why haven't other ISP's built more competing infrastructure?
 


Because

1) other ISPs profit without having to put money on
2) they can blame Telecom if something goes wrong...
