Nokia 720 isn't 4G capable as far as I am aware but that isn't a big deal for me on a phone, I'll look at a stick or mobile hotspot if the need arises. 

How long does 'confirming' take?

I saw a comment somewhere regarding some companies possibly getting on board with telecom to enable this service indoors too. Will we see this in Telecom Retail stores also?

My flatmate works in a business hub here in Wellington and confirms that they now have it active in their store. I believe it'll be rolling out to other stores but most of the stores had free unlocked WiFi anyway (simply using an open wireless router)
