Firstly, I understand interleaving is on by default for a reason, but i live 950m from my DSLAM and want to at least try turning it off.
I called Xtra and asked them to do so. Their response was "no".
I thought that was odd and rang Orcon to ask them the same question. They were happy to do it for me!


So.. What the hell ?
Xtra will be saying goodbye to this customer if this doesn't change by the end of November.

Xtra probably don't care. There would only be a very small percentage of their customers who even know what interleaving is so having this set for individual users probably creates more hassles than what it's worth to retain the customer.
