i think the anwser to your 2 Question is 800 MHz. as for the one i no u can send a txt when you are on a call. but you can not receive incomeing calls when you are browseing the net on your telecom T3G mobile as far as i no. i don't fully understand your 2nd Question Sorry i hope what i have said has been some help

CDMA phones can use many different frequencys like the older GSM (900/1800/1900). In CDMA there is 450MHZ, 800MHZ and 1900MHZ.

I am not sure what Relience use in India, but it is network dependent. Telecom in New Zealand use an 800 MHZ freguency for their CDMA2000 1x network.
