Your attenuation looks ok and in theory you should be getting faster speeds.

Have you tries calling the helpdesk on 0800 225598 and asking them to check thr line?

Otherwise I assume you have already done an isolation test by unplugging all your phones and / or directly wiring from the master jack point and seeing what speed you get.

Yup I've called them and asked for a line test and they said everything was okay.

I've also done an isolation test and the speeds are the same :/

Little bit hard to read your stats; but I think 18dB attenuation & 3951kbps? Then yes, something doesn't look quite right.
I have done many master filter installs over the past few months, and am yet to install one that hasn't made a difference. My conclusion, if you have an ADSL2+ connection you will not get maximum performance without a master filter. I have had a wide range of results:
A 2mbps connection increased to 17mbps at the extreme end
At the other end of the scale, maybe 200-500kbps difference - but usually also resulting in a more consistent broadband experience i.e. more overall throughput / stability, less packet loss etc.

If you are in Auckland or Waikato, I can do this for you (see my signature below).
