Has anyone else hit 100% of the data usage and then recieved a txt let you know? I've gone over a couple of times, always get the 80% txt but never one to tell me when hit 100%.

Guy at work (who I convinced to change to Skinny) went over his limit, and it used $60 of his prepay. He rang Skinny and they said we should receive a 100% txt, but he never did.

Just wondering if anyone else is actually receiving these or not.

Hi I'm sorry if you were told that you would see a notification at 100% as that is not correct.  I will make sure that the reps understand this.

We send a notification once you get to 80% for data.  Here is the text from the website: -

Low balance notifications are sent when your balance reaches 50c or less.
Data quota used notifications are sent at 80% of NZ included data under your plan or Add-on used.
SMS quota used notifications are sent when all texts included on your Weekly Plan are used.
Voice quota used notifications are sent when all NZ included voice minutes on your Weekly Plan are used. Weekly Plan (Base Plan) notifications are sent 24 hours prior to your Weekly Plan renewal date & time.

Cheers

Paul
