I seem to be having a problem no one can track down.

I have a parallel imported Droid 3. (Verizon model) I can recieve text messages from my friends all ok.
It has the right apns (3g works).

But I cannot recieve the ASB netcode text messages. I tried talking to ASB and they say the problem is not with them. I rung telecom and they said there are no pending messages.

I put my Sim in my old LG gw620 and tried another netcode transaction.. after a few minutes a netcode text came through.

Can anyone shed some light on what would cause these issues?
