Seems like all I do here now is moan, sorry people! I will however compliment good service when I recieve it, and staff at Northlands Mall Telecom Store in the past have been exceptional in sorting out issues with my credit card topups. I do love Telecom 90% of the time (3G rocks when I work in rural areas!), but i'm just about ready to give up, it seems like all i'm doing lately is arguing with an overseas call centre for something that i've paid for, and in the end, not recieved.
I've run into a problem now with using my free minutes that I purchased, i've spent 90 minutes over three phone calls today getting no where with 0800 32 32 32 (ext 6, then 4). I've been told that I have used all my minutes, that there is a system error and also had long explanations in relation to cancelling the auto renew on my Talk Value Pack (which in my opinion shouldnt stop me using the minutes).
When I go to make a toll call I get the following message "Welcome to Telecom - You have insufficient funds to make this call - if you'd like to topup your prepaid account, please wait..... etc etc".
In the past i've been able to use my purchased value packs (eg Talk Text Data) while having $0.00 credit, is this now not the case? Or have I used the minutes already? Or is the usage meter below faulty?
