Have emailed my xtra address and cc'd my work address. Work address email comes through, xtra doesn't. Have logged onto web portal and inbox empty.

"Best efforts delivery" aside, just wanting to see if anyone else has spotted this today. Or maybe it's just me!

Seems fine for me, I sent an email from from a gmail addresses to an xtra address and it worked fine.

Maybe email from your work smtp server to xtra is being delayed for some reason.

Have you checked the junkmail folder. I find that a huge percentage of legit emails end up there, and you have to log into webmail. That is why I only use it as a backup address.
