Number range allocated to Skinny?

I look after a phone system, and we've had a few reports that we can't dial Skinny numbers. In the absense of any more detail than that, I've asked for some examples from our staff, but thought I might also get a quick response here. The NZ NAD site doesn't mention Skinny specifically.

Is there a specific number range allocated to Skinny? If so, is there a 'test number' I can call to verify that we can connect?

EDIT - after browsing through some posts on here, it looks like '0204' may be the answer, but I would still appreciate a test number

I have just done a check on ported in numbers to Vodafone from skinny and I here is an example,

Could not post the full number sorry

Also received a reply back from Skinny:

Skinny have been allocated the 0204 number range , with a mixture of 11 and 10 digit number lengths as follows:

02040XXXXXX,
02041XXXXXX and
0204AXXXXX, where A is 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9.

FYI, just to add to confusion in some cases, Orcon mobile range starts with 020 as well according to their site.

So make sure you check if its 020, or 0204 you have issues with ;) Most users just say "020" which led to some confusion at work recently....

Thanks all,
Was able to call Paul's 10-digit number - well, his voicemail anyway :)
It appears to be an issue with our phone system not liking the 11-digit numbers, so I suspect it will also be failing on the longer VF ones etc.

Thanks for the input, now to knock this phone system into place :)

Update on this - Cisco is due to release an updated NZNP dial plan shortly, which I am told will fix this issue.
