Skinny service totally out? even the website is down?

I cant make and received any calls now. Anyone has the some problem of just me?

Seems to be affecting many people! At least the many pubescent teenagers moaning and complaining about it on the companies Facebook page. Seems to have gone up momentarily a little while ago, but now is back down!

I don't use Skinny mobile, but their site is now returning 503 (server maintenance).

Funny that.

Last time skinny was having issues with facebook, couldn't go onto just fb, but every other sites worked fine. Called CSR and she said they will reimburse me for lost data because all I use my phone is for fb and I had heaps of unused data.

Next thing I do not hear back at all. I emailed them enquiring about it, they require exact details of time and who advised me about reimbursing etc. I don't keep track of these things and I'm very busy from 7am and back home 9:30pm, really do not have time to go through my call history and get the exact time I called etc.

Since all the service is down and is affecting everyone I'm not going to moan about how I couldn't bid on a trademe item I've been watching for last whole week and ended just before or that my sister was waiting to get picked up and i couldn't call/text her letting her know I was running late.

Hopefully issues are sorted asap.

I just popped round and asked the reps and we aren't having any complaints on this. I suggest you give them a call 0800 4 SKINNY (0800 475 4669). We've got one issue on the to do list which is that the secret question is case dependent and that causes problems with resets sometimes.
