Thanks for the txts, but they are of no use to me, as I use about 10 or 20 a week. Another week of $4 credit on a current plan rather than $4 of texts would be more ideal.

What concerns me is this is happening way often. I tried to call my wife while out but could not reach her on Saturday. Even though Skinny had an outage on that day, there has been numerous other times on different days when I cannot make calls. Often being disconnected each time I try to make a call the moment the phone rings, or a few second into the call.

As I have said this has happened on several occasions, even when one of your support techs were trying to call me back about a similar issue that was meant to be fixed a few weeks back, the call disconnected (how bad is that!).

This is some poor service, some of my calls have been very important, and I have not been able to make them. I would hate to make an urgent call and not to be able to connect.

I never knew Skinny was meant to be an unreilable phone service before I brought a new phone each for my wife and I.
