Hi Guys, I have just moved to XT from 2degrees and ported number(about 3pm yesterday). Unable to receive text messages from 2degrees numbers(telecom and Vodafone are OK).And sending is OK to all. Is this a common issue and will it solve itself? Or does this need to chased up? Cheers Andrew
Well as it's been over 24 hours I chased up the issue with Telecom. They say 2degrees has not done something at there end.And will be Monday now for the fix. I thought the port process was fairly automatic between the big providers.
