now that telecom has to open it's lines to competitors does this mean that other isps can install their own equiptment in telecom's exchanges? when? now will other isps be able to set their own download and upload speeds and data caps?

as soon as another isp offers an unlimited plan with a full upload speed,i will be changing from telecom to that isp. i do not care if it is shaped,as long as voip and http is not shaped and i will be happy with a 700mb limit between 4pm-12am and unlimited between 12am-4pm.telecom currently limit go large users to only 128kbps upload speed which is very slow. i cannot believe i have to wait 15minutes to upload a video to youtube. telecom should be offering 512kbps upload speed on the go large plan as this will help people who do alot of upload and also downloads will be faster also because on 128kbps upload you only get about 4.5mbps or less download speed. i cannot see telecom giving go large people full upload speed anytime soon, however if telecom did give go large users full upload speed then i would be happy to stay with telecom.would be a great christmas present from telecom if they gave all go large users full upload speed?
