My Real-Debrid downloads are no longer downloading properly(i.e. download managers will no longer split them for increased speed and they cannot be resumed). I've tried just about everything I can think about with no difference. I'm hoping someone on this forum can confirm whether or not that Xtra is somehow the problem.
Thanks

Real-Debrid has probably changed their policy to dis-allow multi-thread downloading and resuming on their service. All filesharing websites such as this have done it. You may need to purchase their service if you have not already or maybe upgrade if that is the case.

The best option would be to contact them as well to see if they have made any changes, or try another computer to rule out yours.

I have tried contacting RealDebrid but so far I've only got the robot auto reply. I was considering trying another computer...might be able to tomorrow. They have a FaceBook page but they delete any posts of problems. I have been googling like mad over the weekend without finding anyone else complaining of the issue so I am assuming Real-Debrid has not disabled multi-threading. I am hoping to rule out that it is a more local issue(Xtra or NZ) before contacting Xtra directly.
Thanks for the replies...keep them coming if you think of anything Smile

If you could try from a different ISP that would help.  If you can't find anyone, PM me the details and I'll try and use my download manager and see what happens.

I found this thread...I know it's Vodafone but it does show that it can be caused by the ISP.
