If you're asking if one will be released that will work on XT, I can imagine so.

If you're asking if Telecom will release them for sale. I'm unsure

The NOTE 2 will be released on Telecom and 2 Degrees, possibly this month. according to a report on NBR yesterday. vodafone may follow.

Pretty sure you don't have to be joined to Twitter to actually view someones Twitter feed....unless it's private. You can view any feed but you just cant reply/interact with it.

Try having a look at the website for http://www.twitter.com/telecomnz to see if you can see the content. Then just bookmark it and check in from time to time :)
