Hi,

I'm currently on the old Smartphone 40 plan and have about a year left on my two year contract. I'm going away for a week and will likely need more than 500 MB of data. In the past I've simply moved up to Smartphone 60 for a month, then swapped back to 40 the following month.

Even though the old plans are now grandfathered, am I correct in assuming that I can still switch between them (I'm going by the logic that I agreed to stay on that "type" of plan for two years)? Is that's not possible, am I able to go to the new Smartphone $59 and then down to $39 without incurring any fees?
