Hi, I've got a user here that is complaining that when someone leaves him a message he gets emailed that he's got a voicemail.

This appears to be in the emails not the text messages and sure enough it shows up in his Exchange email box.

Is there an option in the Galaxy Y that could be causing this or what? There's nothing configured in our system to cause this.

Thanks folks.

Not sure.

That would make sense.

I guess I'd need him here to check. He's a field tech so he's out of the office and frankly I don't want to talk him over the phone because he's also not the most tech savvy person either.
