With Telecom announcing higher line rentals, the switch to IHUG PHONE becomes a tad more interesting.   Are there any IHUG Phone users who can provide info as to reliabilty and quality?  I called IHUG last week to enquire but received very little information from a VERY disinterested saleswoman.  She was not a good introduction to the business thats for sure, however its best to perhaps look past that first impression.  Any feedback?
