As the title says. Emails appear to not be reaching our store customers that have xtra emails. No bounce back and customers say not in spam/junk. Any ideas on what could be happening? User error and really in their junk?

I would get them to login to Web Mail and check their spam folder in there..

I would put fair money on that's where the email has gone.

He did say they checked their spam folder which kinda says they did login via webmail

considering my pop3 issue for a week not resolved now i wouldnt be surprised if its another
major yahoo glitch going on..

but we had this problem of emails not showing up before and after 3-6days suddenly they bounce back with the so called maxiimum retry error or whatecver it was called, remember?.. it turned out telecom
had to get yahoo to fix it and allow the spam control to let the users send emails to snap and other
nz servers although this is now recieving emails from others

so guess have to wait 3-7 days to see if you get bounce backs from all those xtra customers.. it will be your isp email server is trying to send it on and if fails goes back in to the retry queue and tries that every 4 hours or so and gives up after so
many days.
