Was just wondering if anyone knows if skinny has a tiered bandwidth or QOS allocation compared to telecom on the XT network...

if i am on skinny am i able to connect to all of the DC sites and do i have full access and speed to the XT network or am i on a 2nd Tier because i am on the skinny network...

I have asked a few people but havent got much of an answer so was wondering if someone from telecom/skinny could fill me in....
