Hi,
I have a slight issue with xtra e-mail I had not come across before- I can see e-mails in the webmail client, but I cannot seem to get those e-mails to download into Outlook 2013. It gets some from today but not all of them. They aren't in my spam folder or trash... What causes this and how can I rectify it?
