i have a client trying to install the watcher on a Dell lappy and are having no end of trouble. have 6 others that are fine. Any one had this error, anyone know how to get round it??

internal error 2753.coinstaller.dll

???

See if the lappy (as you say) is not on network...if it is have the admin rights, when you restart the computer it delets the old settings.
Are you using VISTA? .dll comes if the program. is not installed properly or is curupted...go to there website and download
the latest one...www.sierrawireless.com

If your client is using Vista, the connection will need to be set up manually rather than the installation CD.

Other than that, can’t say I've head of that error?
