If i metphorically accidentaly buy a vodafone phone and wanted/needed a telcom phone is it poosible to make the metaphorical vodafone phone compatible with the telecom network??

Not possible the networks use different standards

025 TDMA
027 CDMA
021 GSM/3GSM WCDMA
029 same as 021
