Every day for the past few years I have checked our office   ASDL usage  at this above address.  It seems to have gone AWOL since about last Thursday

If you read the My Telecom threads, you'll see that was intentional. The old broadband usage meter is being retired in favour of logging into My Telecom and seeing it there.

Goodbye old ancient systems.
Hello My Telecom.

Tip: Sign up to My Telecom, use the latest TUC beta to track your usage.

Thanx guys. I did find another another address to use rather than going thru the hoops of doing a "Your Telecom" setup..

If it's still using the old username / password it's due to be retired very soon
You're best to use My Telecom + TUC which sits in your tray and updates every hour, it's a quick way of doing it.

Tried  TUC  on my home account  just now  and no go.

6/17/2013 3:12:01 PM Error parsing page! If problem persists, a program update may be necessary (check for latest beta).

I suspect it's because I have two landlines and two internet accounts  tied to the one  Telecom account..

Edit.  Had a look at the rawout.htm  and see that it goes and looks at the same link I use for the office internet today.  I put in the office account details and it works.   Not too worried about the  home internet though..

Did you change it to My Telecom? There's 2 entries in there for Telecom.

Tried My Telecom.  Don't have a user ID  of user@xtra.co.nz .  I just use  my old Orcon email address and current password.

As I said I suspect the app can't handle more than one internet account  per Telecom account..   Good for work though as it solved the problem.
