Hi,

I have never heard about the flash phone from Telecom. Therefore, I would like to know about the flash phone from Telecom in detail and the usefulness of it. Is there some advantageous in using flash phone when we call to oversea calls.

'flash' phone?

Do you have a particular model in mind? All current Telecom mobile phones produce at the very least, 'acceptable' voice quality, and there is no advantage for calling from NZ to overseas between any handsets.

Hi!

According to your suggestion, the flash phone is not quite reliable for me. Therefore, What kind of phone would you recommend me to call oversea with cheap price and reliable connection. Thanks for your help.

This makes no sense. What model are you talking about?
The type of phone you buy will make zero difference to overseas calling. Buy the cheapest Nokia you can find ($80 - $100 new).

Yes the flash button, it's on my Uniden 2.4 cordless phone. If you have call waiting on your line you can use the flash button to take the other call. I think it can be programmed to do other things as well.

Ahh yes, it can control some landline smartphone services - three way calling etc. Doesnt make a bean of difference to the quality of making overseas calls.

I still cant fathom what the OP is on about.

I suspect they are referring to flash lite being on mobiles? http://www.adobe.com/products/flashlite/

Telecom currently have no phones that support Flash lite.

mmm... if it's Flash lite you're talking about I'd say it's unlikely you are gonna see any Telecom phones with Flash Lite on them, IMHO Flash Lite is pretty much a justification of the glutt of Flash programmers to not learn any new (or interesting)... other technologies have surpassed Flash Lite...
