Seems to work OK here - have you contacted (errm...) Telecom about it, perhaps through some other means than your mobile?

No problems from either of my phones today. Made or recieved 30+ calls over Telecom Monile netowrk, no congestion. Same with texts.

No issues with calls to *333 either

It happens pretty much every 1st of the month, guessing its due to all the prepaid users topping up on the same day though its not normally too bad

Yeah, i was talking to one of the guys on the prepaid 0800323232 number last night. It has alot to do with people topping up their phone and also not knowing how $10 text works....accusing telecom of stealing their money etc etc.
Took me about 5 calls to actually get through to them, usually theyre pretty good although it took 2 people on the prepaid number to realise that my new phone hadnt been connected properly...better late than never i guess lol.
