They are much the same really. I just got a 6275, and the UI seems more responsive than my previous phone, 6265, and screen is a little smaller. Other than formfactor, its up to you (althrough the 6265 is now EOL).

is that a bad thing ?

i like the slide instead of the candy bar,
is there any much didnt from the two ?.
Ans can i update the software on the nokia 6265

1) No, you still get a 12month warranty, (if you can find one).
2) Not sure what you are trying to say here?
3) I think you are trying to ask if you can update the software on the 6265 to the same build as a 6275? If so, then no you can not.
