Photo messaging or MMS is the correct term on Telecom mobiles. PXT is something that Vodafone has trademarked if I remember correctly.

Have you tried calling mobile faults (120 or *123)? They should be able to look into it and resolve it for you.

Well, you should care, because as you've learnt, contacting the right "product owner" is a good way to have it fixed. So, yes it makes a difference to know that "Photo Messaging" is a Telecom NZ product.

Anyway, welcome to Geekzone!

T1 error's on the TX115 are generally because there is insufficient funds on your phone.... Sometimes, it may be a lack of space on your phone. Try deleting some older pics that you no longer want.

OT: Although I've long since purchased a new phone, what does the T4 error mean? Telecom sometimes tell me that it is a provisioning error, while at other times, I'm told that the credit isn't registering properly in their database, and then I'm also told that my phone has a corrupted copy of the lightsurf software.

Either way, they're not getting my money because of this.
