According to the above link, Naked DSL is coming 'soon', and Telecom will offer its own voip services.

Are there any in-the-know people here who can answer the following questions:

* Is there a timescale for NDSL?
* Will the regulatory framework prohibit Telecom from shaping out non-Telecom voip services?

Another question, which is partly related ...

* Will it be easier to get local DIDs that can be associated with any VOIP provider chosen by the subscriber?
