That is a pretty hot price really, I notice that the ability to use the minutes and texts to aus is for a limited time jan 2014, but lots can change in a short amount of time

Now we just need VF and Telecom to offer OZ minutes as standard

Looks good, and I'll certainly need to consider this when I come off contract in November. It's good to see more options out there :)

You will still need to top up $20 to get it, or alternatively use credit card for $16 exactly.

Trying to decide if I'm still better off on the Weekly combo (I don't send that many texts, and use more minutes/data)

Its not a pitty. Data roaming is expensive. If you're going overseas you should get an overseas sim card to use data heaps cheaper

And I really like the look of this combo and will be moving from Busy Fingers

More data. More minutes. Unlimited texts. In addition they work to australia too!

The price is awesome. It will stir up the competition

My next hope is that those minutes become roll over

Lost me at this part:

Personal use in NZ only. Any commercial or business use, or machine generated or automated use is prohibited.

Its all business use.

2degrees and telecom are quite happy to have a business on prepay, happy to (eventually) turn over a GST invoice etc. Seems a really stupid limitiation on skinnys part.

$3 cheaper than telecom for the same thing. Not really enough to swing me over IMO.

It just means you can't use it for sending out mass spam texts to customers. Other telcos have the same restrictions on their consumer plans, always have.

No they dont, they have nothing saying I cant use my prepay for business use. They have the stuff about automated texts which I have no plan on using, but nothing about commercial or business use.

Put it this way, how can they possibly know if you are using it for business purposes on prepay? They can't, so don't worry about it.
