Recently we changed from Telstra Clear (Vodafone) to Telecom for our ADSL and Phone.
During the process of changing, Telecom promised the same package that TCL were giving us (Free national calling)
All went smoothly with the change over. Telecom organized the whole thing and made things very painless.
Then the first bill arrived, and we noted that it was much higher than the TCL one (Telecom had told us that it was going to be $85 per month with 30GB data and free national calling)
A quick phone call to Telecom resulted in the call taker sending an email to the original guy who processed the change. A day later we get a phone call from the guy who started off saying that he had made a mistake and apologized straight away for the muck up.
Later that day, the bill had been changed and the plan updated.
So thanks Telecom!
Thanks for owing up to the problem, rather than making excuses.
Thanks for processing the issue so fast.
Thanks for making an already enjoyable ISP experience even better.
Keep up the good work :)
