Just today I thought about putting up a server for some PC Gaming which would mean giving out my IP or using something to mask it but either way when typing my WAN IP or the Masked Address into a Web Browser it gives anyone access to the Routers Admin page! I've since gone and put a password on Default user since it did not have one but I would still rather this page did not display when connecting outside of the LAN.

How does one fix this? I've looked through a fair amount of options and see no way of preventing this.

Are you testing this from inside or outside of your network?
