does anyone know if this phone's 4G will work on telecom and vodafone in nz?

telecoms store makes no mention of 4G

but this page says it does indeed support LTE but i dont know what version this phone is since theres no NZ version listed on that page http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_one_mini-5505.php

i'd like to use it on vodafone but if vodafone dont start offering 4g on prepay i will jump ship some time soon.
