Haven't used MMS much since I got WhatsApp but went to use it today and I can't send or receive.   We all have Telecom fones here at work and none of us can do it. 

Tried sending from  2D and skinny to each other OK but not to or from Telecom.    Just get "downloading " and "sending" when we try..

Have a APNs changed with LTE coming on stream soon??

The existing APNs won't be changing and there are a few new APNs that are being added.

Nothing reported from what I can see but I suggest you log a case with the mobile helpdesk on 0800 800 163 so they can see what's going on.

You can try sending a message from here: http://mmsgallery.telecom.co.nz/

See if that shows any of the MMS's you've sent or received.

Peter,

It shows them all in my inbox, all 18 of them.. Sent one to my wife's fone and see two in her in box as well. The one I sent 30 minutes ago and one from Oct 23.

Edit.  Just checked on of the guys accounts here and same thing.  It's in his inbox  but no notification or delivery to his fone..

Interesting that the time stamps on all these messages show Oct 31st rather than Nov 01

Thanx Peter. All is well again this morning . Could I hazard a guess and ask was there a MMS port block on Telecom's network somewhere as Skinny was the same when I tested from a Skinny fone yesterday afternoon.. ??

I didn't read my work alert emails but it got sorted out last night at 9:45pm.. so glad everyone is now sorted.

Ah, good, I was having issues last week sending MMS's, figured it was my messaging app playing up. Guess not!
