All the lights on the router show connection but my devices cannot connect to the internet through it. I have turned on/off reset. I have tried connecting to its setup page doesnt show up over wifi or ethernet

I have been able to access the page but I'm not sure what stopped me previously

Now I'm having trouble connecting through wifi but the ethernet is working correctly.
