Hi,

I have an MX server that's being rejected by telecom's servers:

# telnet mta.xtra.co.nz 25
Trying 210.54.141.1...
Connected to mta.xtra.co.nz.
Escape character is '^]'.
421 Service not available
Connection closed by foreign host.
#

The reverse IP is correctly set (I noticed that if you don't have reverse IP you get this message) but it wasn't until today so I'm thinking the result is cached and the IP blacklisted.

Does anyone know how can I reach someone that can help me to unblock it? I'm afraid going the "contact us" way is going to be a waste of time.

Thanks.

The smtp mta is managed by Yahoo.

If you search around there is a way to contact them. Otherwise if it's not sorted by tomorrow I can look into it.

I poked around Yahoo's website but couldn't find anything relevant.

If you would be able to have a look tomorrow it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I could have a look into it today if you like, just drop me a PM with the details & a contact email address/phone.

Or plambrechtsen can if you prefer (he's officially tagged :P )
