I just had to top up again because it still had not appeared when I looked.

Im going to call them tomorrow if I get a chance, but did anyone else have to prod them to get it happening? I thought it should have been automatic.

Online, had the sim sent out just before they announced the need for a 4g one.

Sometimes there were issues with the credit and as long as you ported your number online then you should get it. I would ring up the Mobile Support desk on 0800 800 163 and get them to check.

It's still possible to take advantage of this deal. I did this week and the porting and credit should arrive on Monday apparently. If you put the 1st 8 digits of a 4G Device IMEI number in when you order the sim you get that free too. It's my data sim I'm porting over, the telecom deal for xmas $29 for 3gig is too good to miss. Especially when you get the $ thrown at you.

If you need some 4g Tacs, (first 8 digits of IMEI) That 4g imei checker thing uses this list:

I think the deal only still exists if you are a Telecom Wifi user
